Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Operations Coordinator, you will be engaged in an 8-month contractual role, providing essential support for employee lifecycle processes on a global scale. This position is designed to cover a temporary leave and offers the flexibility of remote work.

Compensation:
The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $33.00, with payments made on a weekly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive employee lifecycle assistance by addressing inquiries related to all HR functions, ensuring alignment with established service level agreements and industry best practices.
- Execute data entry tasks in Workday for all employee modifications and resolve any data inconsistencies.
- Oversee recurring onboarding activities, including but not limited to Right to Work verification and I-9 reverification.
- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of the internal knowledge base.
- Proactively identify challenges faced by the team, and recommend and implement improvement strategies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proven operational experience with Workday, particularly in data entry (EIB experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional customer service and organizational capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply judgment based on provided guidelines.
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, or other relevant workplace technologies.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling highly sensitive information with integrity.
