  11. Investigate and document employee relations issues and grievances.
  12. Support the Director of Human Resources in updating policies, procedures, and HR documentation.
  13. Handle unemployment claims and participate in hearings as necessary.
  14. Draft offer letters for new hires and promotions.
  15. Prepare termination and employment verification letters.
  16. Contribute to the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department.
  17. Manage disciplinary actions and maintain accurate records.
  18. Assist in conducting annual performance reviews for employees.
  19. Help in the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
  20. Prepare and update organizational charts.
  21. Engage in special projects as assigned.
  22. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling recruitment and employee information.
  23. Practice ethical hiring practices.
  24. Fluently communicate in both Spanish and English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a manufacturing and distribution setting.
  • Experience in recruiting for light industrial roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge in administering benefits and compensation programs.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and translate effectively.
