Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and personable human resources professional to enhance our people operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role will focus on boosting employee productivity and modernizing our HR systems. At 1Path, we prioritize driving productivity through accountability, and this position will play a key role in fostering a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for all employees and managers at 1Path.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Manage the HR SharePoint for employee resources.
  • Lead the quarterly performance review process.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and investigations.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employee development and career progression.
  • Supervise a team of two direct reports: a Recruiter and an Office Coordinator II.
  • Enhance employee engagement through recognition programs and town hall meetings.
  • Provide guidance to the HR team and management on complex and sensitive issues.
  • Analyze attrition rates, identify improvement areas, and implement action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partnering with management on talent management and employee relations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Three to five years of experience in human resource management is preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is desirable.
