Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Human Resources Manager, I will take full charge of the effective management of the following areas:

  • Assist in developing HR & Training strategies for the resort (biannual/annual) based on thorough research and needs assessment.
  • Provide insights for preparing a budget for the training department.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office on new mandatory training programs and materials.
  • Support the recruitment and interview processes.
  • Facilitate the coordination of new hire orientation and training for new team members.
  • Assist in organizing various team events and initiatives alongside other administrative responsibilities.
  • Maintain adherence to Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operations.
  • Ensure performance metrics are met and surpassed.
  • Strictly comply with LQA standards and guest feedback.


Qualifications:

To fulfill the role of Human Resources Manager, I must possess the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a comparable position within luxury hospitality, demonstrating proven success. This includes:

  • A diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in advanced MS Office and Outlook platforms.
  • Fluency in English.
