Job Summary

Path Construction is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our project management team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and contributing to our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and estimators, including maintaining files, creating and updating spreadsheets, and answering phone calls.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as ordering office supplies, shipping packages, and collaborating on special projects.
  • Develop and maintain agendas for events, help plan company events, and maintain contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Support the accounting department, prepare executive correspondence, and run errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Construction experience and associate degree or higher are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a positive motor vehicle record.
