Position Summary:

The FAST Service Specialist is responsible for delivering a range of administrative support services, which may encompass mail handling, printing, hospitality, facilities management, and reception duties.

This dynamic and client-facing role enables the specialist to assist multiple Epiq accounts within the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mail Services: Efficiently meter, sort, and distribute mail and accountable packages according to a set schedule.
  • Copy Services: Accurately produce copy, print, and scanning projects based on provided instructions.
  • Reception Duties: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel, while warmly greeting and announcing visitors.
  • Hospitality Services: Oversee the organization and maintenance of client conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Floor Coordination: Maintain copy rooms and general supplies, including the delivery of paper and basic daily upkeep.
  • Facilities Management: Handle minor office relocations, cleaning tasks, and liaise with key client contacts regarding building and equipment concerns.

Flexibility in work schedule is essential to cover for absences and vacations, which may involve adjustments to shifts and locations.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Professionalism and tact in resolving issues.
  • Capability to lift or move items weighing 40 lbs or more.
  • Ability to manage packages using a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
  • Physical stamina to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for extended periods.

The role requires the ability to work in various locations to support key clients, with travel expenses reimbursed.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours may vary between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no remote work options available.
