Job Overview

Position: Foundation Services Assistant
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Compensation: Up to $29/hr

This is a temporary contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate company meetings, events, and conferences, which includes reserving rooms, arranging necessary equipment, preparing documentation, and organizing catering services.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing phone communications, overseeing emails, and scheduling appointments effectively.
  • Oversee the inventory of office supplies and initiate orders as required.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
  • Support document management processes, including filing, copying, and scanning.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations.
  • Execute additional administrative tasks as required to maintain efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in Administrative Assistance or a related field are advantageous.
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay up to $29/hr.

Compensation Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour.
