Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume calendars and daily agendas efficiently.
- Design, format, and edit various documents and presentations, utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership and functional leads.
- Oversee executive travel arrangements, including modifications to itineraries.
- Act as a supportive resource for business partners and executives visiting our facilities.
- Handle expense management with proficiency in the relevant systems.
- Address conflicts or urgent issues promptly, ensuring clear communication with all parties involved.
- Participate as a member of the Employee Engagement team.
- Coordinate catering for events as required.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Create, modify, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Willingness to assist with various projects as assigned.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
Eligibility:
Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
