Position Title: Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Specialist

Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles, including L2 support, proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments, knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, remote desktop applications, and help desk software. Experience with VIP/Executive support is essential. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French as an additional asset.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
  • Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries.
  • Identify the most effective solution based on the client's issue and details provided.
  • Guide clients through the problem-solving process.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the second line of support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding IT products and services.
  • Document events and resolutions in logs.
  • Follow up and update clients on their status and information.
  • Relay client feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal teams.
