Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 5-8 years in IT Support or Service Desk roles, L2 Support, experience with Windows / Mac OS environments, computer systems, mobile devices, remote desktop applications, help desk software, and VIP / Executive Support. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required; French is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
  • Conduct remote or on-site troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries.
  • Identify optimal solutions based on customer issues and details provided.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the second line support.
  • Provide accurate information regarding IT products and services.
  • Document events and problems along with their resolutions in logs.
  • Follow up and update customer status and information.
  • Relay any customer feedback or suggestions to the appropriate internal team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Methodical, organized, and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a service desk role is advantageous.
