About the Role

Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our multi-location team as a District Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our branches, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the performance of 10-12 branches, ensuring they meet sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of B-to-C sales, specifically in the HVAC and plumbing industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
