- Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing the support needed to achieve them.

- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with our operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.
