Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to increase sales and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships
- Prospect new business opportunities and close sales
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management in a highly competitive market
- Proven track record of success in selling wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from manager
- Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales
- Knowledge of Google Applications and Microsoft Office products
- Bilingual in Spanish
