About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Parts Authority LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Florida market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to increase sales and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including installers, fleets, municipalities, and car dealerships
  • Prospect new business opportunities and close sales
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales management in a highly competitive market
  • Proven track record of success in selling wholesale auto parts, particularly in the aftermarket industry
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal daily direction from manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales
  • Knowledge of Google Applications and Microsoft Office products
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • General automotive knowledge
