Position Overview

This is a full-time role that operates within a designated region and reports directly to the Corporate Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

The following outlines the primary duties and responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Identify and engage with essential referral sources within the assigned area, executing weekly outreach strategies.
  • Conduct sales calls to these key referral sources.
  • Develop new referral sources by analyzing data to identify service and sales gaps.
  • Document all sales call activities in the company CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team on advertising, promotional materials, and event requests.
  • Communicate community needs to the Regional Vice President.
  • Strategically create a sales and marketing plan aimed at enhancing and sustaining high occupancy levels.
  • Regularly meet with Executive Directors to assess needs and inventory.
  • Train Executive Directors and the entire staff of each community on critical sales processes.
  • Support a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training program within Arrowhead Senior Living.
  • Organize and coordinate community events in collaboration with the respective Vice Presidents and Regional Nurses.
  • Maintain and update competitive analysis for each community within the assigned areas.
Key Job/Physical Requirements

The following outlines the essential job and physical requirements for this position:

  • Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in the highly-regulated senior living industry is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies, sales techniques, and sales systems.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and exceptionally organized.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including the use of web-based lead management tools and Microsoft products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of two successful years in a senior community sales leadership role.
