Key Responsibilities:
- Growth and Development: Identify and develop new distribution opportunities to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Channel Management: Manage and maintain existing distribution relationships, ensuring strong partnerships and effective sales execution.
- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Training and Support: Provide sales training and support to distributors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively promote and sell Ruhrpumpen products.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with distributors, providing updates on sales performance, market trends, and product information.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the distribution sales channel.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 60-70% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
