Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Intake Referral Services Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient referrals, managing clinic schedules, and maintaining accurate medical records in an oncology outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Referral Management: Coordinates patient referrals, completes initial prospectus on newly referred patients, distributes pertinent records/films in preparation for first visit.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedules appointments as directed, coordinates clinic schedule to determine availability for appointments.
  • Record Management: Acquires outside records to submit for review, registers and consents patients, ensuring completion of required forms.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Oncology Experience**: MUST have experience working in an oncology outpatient setting.
  • EPIC Experience**: MUST have experience using EPIC computer systems.
  • Clinic Operations**: Has familiarity with clinic intake operations, knows how to check chart/medical records (critical thinking).
Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour, Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), with opportunities for professional growth and development.
