Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service, coordinate clinic operations, and ensure a smooth experience for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Clinic Preparation: Prepare files, documents, and equipment for clinic day.
  • Clinic Maintenance: Clean and maintain the clinic environment, including restrooms and common areas.
  • Patient Intake: Greet claimants, review paperwork, and upload information into the system.
  • Room Coordination: Room claimants when providers are ready.
  • Supply Management: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain clinical equipment.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of customer service or job experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to sit, stand, and lift 10 pounds
