Oncology Department Coordinator

Pace Staffing Network is hiring a dedicated Oncology Department Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, WA.
Responsibilities- This position involves coordinating patient appointments, working closely with transportation and interpreter services.
- The successful candidate will accurately document patient information in EPIC for insurance co-pays.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to retrieve, scan, and manage patient records.
- A strong communicator will handle phone calls, address patient inquiries, and advocate for patient needs.
- The ideal candidate will verify insurance coverage, obtain referrals/authorizations, and resolve billing issues.
- This role assists with patient admissions into radiation treatments and follow-ups.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Intake Coordinator is required.
- Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.
- EPIC proficiency is essential.
- The ideal candidate can manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
- Location: Seattle, WA (100% onsite).
- This is a 6-Month Assignment.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- Hourly pay rate: $24 per hour depending on experience.
Estimated Annual Salary: $49,920 - $59,808 based on 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.
