We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Social Services Coordinator to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a Social Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive integrated clinical psychosocial assessments, developing intervention plans, and delivering brief treatment towards the care plan.

Responsibilities include introducing clients to integrated MSS services, performing systematic social services screening, making referrals to appropriate agencies or services, and providing advocacy as needed. You will also chart notes of the services provided, assist clients in accessing services, and maintain professional standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and current Certified Counselor through the State of Washington Department of Health or Chemical Dependency Counselor. Experience working with underserved populations is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position available for Sea Mar's MSS Department in Seattle, WA. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $26.90 per hour based on the location and industry standards.
