About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housing Support Coordinator Manager to join our team at the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality supportive services to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating housing support services, working closely with case managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating positive change in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate housing support services, including intakes, assessments, and service planning.
  • Work closely with case managers to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property management and finance teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, including funders, government agencies, and community organizations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, coordination, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in coordinating programs, developing processes, and fostering partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
