Medical Oncology Intake Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Medical Oncology Intake Coordinator Specialist to join our team at A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps).
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments for patients, making adjustments as needed based on their condition.
- Coordinate clinic schedules to determine availability for appointments.
- Use SMC and SCI computer systems efficiently and effectively, learning new applications as they evolve.
- Coordinate with other departments involved in patient appointments and care, such as transportation and interpreter services.
- Contact patients regarding appointments or changes, performing discharge follow-up phone calls when necessary.
- Oncology experience is mandatory.
- EPIC experience is also mandatory.
- Worked in an ambulatory setting/outpatient environment, able to check charts/medical records and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Scheduling and coordination expertise.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Technical skills in using SMC and SCI computer systems.

Estimated Salary Range$23.00 per hour.
