Position Summary:

The Rotten Tomatoes team is in search of a Brand Integrity Manager. This pivotal role is tasked with upholding the integrity of our brand scoring systems, notably the Tomatometer and Audience Score. The selected candidate will strategize innovative approaches to enhance these systems and processes, thereby amplifying Rotten Tomatoes' influence within the industry and expanding its audience reach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough monitoring and analysis of review activities from both approved Tomatometer sources and audience feedback. Regularly report findings to stakeholders and develop strategies to strengthen safeguards.
  • Facilitate communication between the brand and industry partners, including studios and PR firms, while proactively nurturing impactful relationships.
  • Collaborate with editorial, social media, and marketing teams to devise new strategies for utilizing and promoting scores effectively.
  • Lead internal communications regarding the promotion and distribution of scores, including Certified Fresh ratings.
  • Oversee the moderation of Audience Scores and develop strategies to enhance community engagement.
  • Manage the daily operations of the review curation team, continuously refining internal processes to adapt to the evolving industry landscape.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about industry trends that may influence the brand.
  • Assist with various aspects of scoring systems as required.
Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on collaboration with publicity and/or marketing teams.
  • Experience in leading and managing the daily activities of a review curation team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
  • Proficient in data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.

Additional Information:
This position operates in a hybrid model, typically requiring in-office contributions at least three days per week. NBCUniversal offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and various discounts and perks. Salary range: $83,000 - $90,000 (bonus eligible).
