Role Overview: As the Brand Strategy Lead at Snap, you will take charge of driving and managing specific initiatives within the team, facilitating essential connections and discussions required to advance our projects.   • Enhance strategy, craftsmanship, production, and execution to meet key brand and business goals while upholding high standards of creative excellence.
  • Act as a supportive team player, prioritizing project momentum by assisting colleagues when needed.
  • Proactively address issues and communicate effectively with Creative & Marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to create inspiring and effective creative briefs.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, overseeing project management and resource forecasting.
  • Safeguard the creative path to success on projects facing challenges.
  • Influence and collaborate with internal and external creative teams to bring campaigns and assets to fruition, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Proactively seek new projects across the business while championing creative integrity.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on project timelines, deliverables, and necessary feedback.
  • Track and report on project budgets, media distribution, analytics, and optimization for maximum impact.
  • Encourage diverse perspectives and create a space for open communication among teammates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional marketing communications for various initiatives.
  • Manage budgets and ensure proper scoping and processes for live briefs.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Snap Inc products.
