Role Overview

As a vital member of the Brand and Integrated Creator Marketing team, you will significantly contribute to enhancing our brand vision. You will collaborate with a passionate team focused on innovating marketing strategies that resonate with youth culture and engage our audience, leading to substantial earned media and creator involvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive development of marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies for creator-focused programs that align with our business objectives.
  • Stay informed on creator trends, industry shifts, and cultural developments to identify opportunities for impactful brand engagement.
  • Craft strategic creative briefs that align with business goals and brand strategies.
  • Oversee and guide agency partners to ensure the highest quality of execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (media, communications, creative, product marketing, consumer marketing, partnerships) to uncover opportunities and deliver cohesive marketing programs.
  • Share best practices in channel marketing and drive continuous innovation in creator interactions.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and monitor campaign performance to provide data-driven insights for optimization and new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in managing and executing integrated campaigns focused on creators or consumers, with a strong emphasis on long-term brand development.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and working within matrixed organizations.
  • Experience in collaborating with high-performing creative and media agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of management.
  • Deep understanding of creators or youth demographics, with experience leveraging audience research and data to inform marketing strategies and enhance audience engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building brands that resonate with youth or creator culture, involving creators and public figures.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on executional excellence.
