This is a full-time contract position that offers a unique chance to contribute to a brand that is committed to amplifying underrepresented voices and creators of color.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media approach for our client's original titles, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Agency Partner: Work closely with our brand agency partner to provide feedback and strategic thinking on the direction of the brand's social media channels.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance: Analyze social media insights to optimize performance across platforms, create performance reports, and track budget and spend for the brand and owned titles.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Investigate and track industry trends and innovative media opportunities to optimize future campaigns.
- 6+ years of social media experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platform analytics (primarily TikTok and Instagram, with secondary platforms being Threads, Facebook, Tumblr, and any emerging platforms) and success metrics.
- Highly organized, ambitious, and disciplined individual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively cross-departmentally and provide feedback.
- Strong understanding of the television and film industry, with a passion for diversity.
