Job Summary:

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your passion for luxury automobiles and strong communication abilities will enhance the customer experience and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and in a customer-friendly manner.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, particularly with luxury brands, is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a commitment to customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests.
Compensation:
  • OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $75,000 - $200,000+ annually
Schedule:
  • FULL TIME
  • Weekend availability is required.
