As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your role will involve guiding customers in selecting their ideal vehicle, sharing insights on various models, and ensuring a seamless purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and professional manner
  • Facilitate test drives for potential buyers
  • Remain informed about vehicle specifications and pricing
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements
  • Engage with customers post-purchase
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team
  • Attend sales meetings and participate in training sessions
  • Aim to meet and exceed sales objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales, particularly with luxury brands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for automobiles and the automotive industry
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Eligibility to work in the USA
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessments

Compensation Structure:

  • OTE (On-Target-Earnings): $75,000 - $200,000+ annually

Work Schedule:

  • FULL TIME
  • Availability on weekends is essential
