About the Role

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Meet with and educate potential clients on our residential management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes and statuses
  • Build relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities
Requirements
  • Responsive and great listener
  • Clear communicator (on the phone, over email, and in person)
  • Consistent performance and fast learner
  • Sales experience and proficiency in sales CRM (LeadSimple, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Real Estate or investment experience is preferred
  • Real Estate sales license is preferred
