About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Representative to join our team at TM Management Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our telecommunications solutions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and programs for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, attending client conferences and training sessions to enhance sales skills
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible, adaptable approach to work
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
