Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a self-motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hawke Media. As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, booking discovery meetings, and preparing sales opportunities for close.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $45,000 per year, paid hourly with an uncapped commission bonus structure. With a strong performance, you can expect to earn:

  • Year 1: $60,000 (Base + Commissions)
  • Year 2: $90,000 (Base + Commissions)
  • Year 3: $120,000 (Base + Commissions)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive account revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with our Business Development team to develop and implement strategies to manage, grow, and extend the lifetime value of key agency accounts.
  • Becoming an expert on our service offerings and providing insights to clients on how to improve their campaigns.
  • Developing account action plans to help define expansion strategies.
  • Ensuring accurate data in our CRM to drive future growth strategies.
  • Engaging with prospects, users, and decision-makers through various channels (email, phone, social media).
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly quotas of pipeline and closed business.
  • Assisting in partnership and referral opportunity generation.
  • Building proposals and service agreements.
  • Providing general assistance to the Business Development team.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
