Insurance Business Development Representative

Are you looking for a career in insurance? If so, consider joining the team at Ethan Cline - State Farm Agent. As a member of our agency, you will have the opportunity to develop customer relationships and promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This role will allow you to gain experience working in an agent's office and explore the possibility of becoming a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services
Benefits
• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
• Hiring Bonus in the range of $100 - $500
Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk
• Organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving ability
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
