Role Summary

The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships will oversee the management and growth of a key portfolio of Nayya's most vital collaborators: HR Technology platforms and Point Solutions. This position entails crafting a comprehensive strategy for acquiring, retaining, and expanding our partnerships. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional commercial insight to negotiate high-value agreements with enterprise-level organizations, developing a profound understanding of both our partners' needs and Nayya's offerings. Strategic Partnerships are integral to Nayya's revenue generation and overall business strategy, driving deal flow and enhancing network visibility for our platform. This role demands a proactive individual with a commitment to achieving results and a keen interest in strategy, sales, relationship management, analytics, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture impactful, top-tier relationships with partners.
  • Build trust and adopt an entrepreneurial mindset, acting as both an advisor and collaborator to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of team revenue targets, establishing operational frameworks and conducting business reviews to meet shared objectives.
  • Create compelling business value propositions that motivate partners to engage with and invest in Nayya solutions.
  • Develop a strategic playbook for monetizing, retaining, and expanding our partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Nayya teams to formulate and implement strategic plans, ensuring that key performance indicators are achieved.
  • Gain insights into our partners' structures, goals, and challenges to align Nayya's services effectively.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of Nayya's products, services, and integrations.
  • Lead and develop the team, fostering collaboration with other internal Nayya members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in negotiating, managing, and expanding partnership agreements.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the HR Technology sector, group/health benefits, and the broader benefits ecosystem.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders towards shared goals.
  • Capability to envision long-term partnership opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation abilities.
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years in building robust partnership relationships within a SaaS/cloud context.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with and establishing credibility at the executive level.
  • Inspirational leadership qualities with the ability to set clear objectives and manage effectively.
