  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedules, and make travel arrangements, organize and prioritize meetings, receive, screen, and direct calls, visitors, mail, and emails.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive issues, interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Employee Training and Special Events: Assist with employee training and special event setup, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Pre-Employment Status Coordination: Coordinate and update pre-employment status, including badge access, drug testing, and orientation.
  • Administrative Support and Supplies: Order supplies and provide backup to other administrative services, performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong ability to work effectively within a team, build relationships throughout the organization, and possess general knowledge of employment law and interviewing principles.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, persuasion, and facilitation of strong working relationships, as well as excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications related to job functions.
