As our Sales Operations Coordinator, your role is to leverage your extraordinary skills to manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the RF and microwave industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders through ERP and CRM systems, ensuring accurate handling of customer purchase orders in collaboration with Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, and planners.
  • Engage directly with customers regarding order updates, expedite requests, and purchase order confirmations.
  • Liaise with clients, Sales Representatives, account managers, and internal teams to assist in resolving administrative issues related to clients.
  • Perform light purchasing duties as required.

What We Seek in Our Sales Operations Coordinator:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, addressing inquiries from both new and existing customers.
  • Accurately enter orders into ERP and CRM systems, reviewing and processing customer purchase orders.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence, including memos, letters, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of routine reports.
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
  • Support accounting with customer invoicing processes.
  • Maintain contact records in the ACT database.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with customers, Sales Representatives, program managers, and all internal departments to resolve customer-related administrative issues.
