Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or B2B sales. As part of our vibrant team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional media services and campaign execution for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Managers by creating and managing contracts, proposals, presentations, and forecasts.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer, lead, and sales opportunity information.
- Engage in prospecting activities to qualify leads through various communication channels.
- Oversee the pre-sales process from market research to contract execution.
- Act as a liaison between clients, sales, and operations teams post-sale to ensure campaign success.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and communicate essential information.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product/service details, and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and collaborate with outside sales on bid reviews and pricing.
- Foster collaboration with internal partners to drive success.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of our industry-leading products and services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer success, or account management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative when necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite for creating RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
- Excellent prospecting abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- A degree in Advertising is advantageous.
