Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with shipments, orders, and invoices, as well as maintaining a working knowledge of all departments in the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with shipments, orders, and invoices, verifying all for accuracy.
  • Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, online shipping services, or postage meters.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all departments in the store to be able to greet and provide support to customers and team members.
  • Shelve, arrange, and categorize stock according to specific criteria that changes frequently.
  • Clean the store and warehouse to maintain a safe and efficient work floor.
  • May provide periodic assistance with processing sales transactions involving cash, credit, or financial aid payments.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be considered for employment.
  • Friendly personality, with strong communication skills to interact with a variety of people.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to work with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is necessary.
