What We Are Looking For:
  • A degree in culinary arts, nutrition, home economics, or H-E-B Culinary certification, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities as a Culinary Sales Coordinator:
  • Assisting the Department Manager and supervising team members
  • Training Partners, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues
  • Developing and implementing event strategies, setting objectives, and ensuring effective communication within the team
  • Analyzing sales data, preparing performance metrics, and refining strategies for improved outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of H-E-B systems and operational processes
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and merchandising abilities
  • Leadership skills, proficiency in culinary techniques, and meticulous attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
  • Engaging in activities such as standing, reaching, grasping, and lifting, among other physical tasks related to the role
  • Occasional exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and wet conditions
  • Capability to lift heavy items and adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries
