Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Assist in the management of cases, including the preparation of documents, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our legal team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Research and Data Entry: Conduct research and enter data into our database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our legal team, clients, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; secondary education preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a professional office environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
