Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders across our US operations to utilize technical capabilities in addressing HR requirements.
  • Act as both a technical and strategic consultant to the business and internal clients.
  • Work alongside the global HCM solutions team to deliver innovative, strategy-driven solutions.
  • Engage with functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and workflow management technology.
  • Assist in HR reporting, metrics, and analytics while ensuring data integrity and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Customer-Centric Approach:

  • Address complex inquiries from customers (employees, managers, leaders, and HRSS staff) and provide insights and solutions regarding processes and technology.
  • Collaborate with clients to configure, test, and implement onboarding and performance programs within HRIS systems.
  • Evaluate existing programs based on client feedback and recommend enhancements to improve the client experience.
  • Oversee daily administration tasks related to HR systems, ensuring effective management of workflows and document handling.
  • Monitor and resolve issues with data feeds and system processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, HRIS, or a related field.
  • Proven technical experience, preferably with Ceridian's Dayforce, including system upgrades and reporting.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment focusing on agility and customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and best practices for enhancing employee experiences.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of working in cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills to investigate issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
