Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team in Woods Cross, UT. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient area operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical, receptionist, and project-based work.
  • Communication: Answer telephones, greet clients and visitors, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Purchase Orders: Create purchase orders for the branch as instructed by the Area Manager.
  • Voucher Processing: Vouchering of vendor invoices on a timely basis and submission to corporate AP for processing.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling vendor statements to verify invoices received and payment, resolving issues with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment terms, late payment, etc.
  • Data Entry: Assist with onboarding processes, complete new hire forms, and data entry into WIN/Peoplesoft.
  • Reporting: Completion of data entry in WIN and other systems related to equipment/personnel certifications, trip and dispatch reports, IFTA, logbooks.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Team player, time management, organizational skills, data entry accuracy, developing effective reports, confidentiality, dependability, honesty, good communication, adaptability, and Microsoft Word/Excel competence.
