Job Opportunity

FUCHS Lubricants Co. is seeking a highly skilled Global Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing local and global sales strategies at the OEM and Tier levels within the Automotive market segment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local and global sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Global Business Segment - Automotive and local and global sales teams to define and carry out a structured, aligned sales process.
  • Proactively develop business opportunities with existing and new key accounts.
  • Operate in a global network to support Local and Global Key Account Managers and establish excellent contacts with key accounts.
  • Coordinate the business of key accounts globally as an interface between the key account and FUCHS stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business required.
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial consumable products required. Experience in the Lubricants or Chemical industries preferred.
  • Strong business development acumen with knowledge and experience of consultative selling principles.
  • Key Account experience - preferably at the OEM level.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce desired).
  • Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge.
