- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class customer service and support
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Manage customer issue escalation processes and develop mitigation plans
- Partner with marketing teams to develop customer references and testimonials
- Manage customer information in CRM systems, including contact history, usage information, and account plans
- Develop and maintain customer attrition and risk rating information in CRM systems
- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the legal industry
- Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks in real-time
- 4-year degree required
- Travel for this role is +/- 25%
