Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class customer service and support
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage customer issue escalation processes and develop mitigation plans
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop customer references and testimonials
  • Manage customer information in CRM systems, including contact history, usage information, and account plans
  • Develop and maintain customer attrition and risk rating information in CRM systems
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to build relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the legal industry
  • Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks in real-time
  • 4-year degree required
  • Travel for this role is +/- 25%
