Global Account Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Alfa Laval. As a Global Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new trends and opportunities within the HVAC, Refrigeration, and Industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities- Support Central Global Account Managers with sales growth activities
- Identify new trends and opportunities within the HVAC, Refrigeration, and Industrial markets
- Act as liaison with local customer service & operations
- Manage OEM subsidiaries of the Global Accounts
- Strong drive and business skills
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and make decisions
- Ability to accept long-term success vs. short-term reward
- Flexible & adaptable to multiple unforeseen situations
- Ability to have strategic thinking & create long term plans
- Ownership – ability to create solutions with limited budgets
- Analytical & IT savvy
- Clear communication skills
Alfa Laval offers a competitive salary and full benefits package, including medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) plan, and more. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
The overall salary range for this role is typically $100,000 to $130,000 base.
