Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships with clients across the construction industry, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage key relationships with clients, including cement producers, concrete manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Drive new business opportunities while nurturing existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Educate and support clients through the implementation process of our innovative product, facilitating their journey toward reducing carbon emissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our solutions.
  • Play a critical role in growing our presence in the Atlanta region, eventually building and leading your own team.
  • Provide feedback from clients to help refine our product offerings and customer support.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer engagement, sales progress, and account management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role within the construction industry or building materials.
  • Familiarity with concrete and sustainable construction materials is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic work environment is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Based in the Atlanta area with a willingness to travel across the East Coast as needed.
