Job Overview

Onit is a leading provider of enterprise workflow and artificial intelligence-enabled platform solutions for the legal industry. As a Global Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage customer issue escalation processes and develop mitigation plans
  • Partner with Marketing to develop customer references and testimonials
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Travel required (up to 25% of the time)
