About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate relationships, and providing administrative support to our hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate calendars using MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Excel.
  • Analyze calendars and schedule candidates for interviews in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and communicate candidate updates to the recruitment team, hiring managers, and human resources team.
  • Manage candidate inquiries and keep candidates informed throughout the interview process.
  • Enter and manage candidate activity in our Applicant Tracking System, including requisition management, candidate engagement, and moving applicants through the process.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruiting support with a focus on interview scheduling.
  • Background in managing high-volume requisition loads effectively and successfully.
  • Ability to identify and resolve potential challenges and risks.
