Position Title: Academic Support Coordinator

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: $42 per hour

Role Summary:

  • Establishes and manages systems and processes within an academic department.
  • Prepares documentation for articles, cases, and presentations, which may involve proofreading, formatting materials, and ensuring proper citations.
  • Assists faculty during instructional periods, including the preparation of class materials and coordination of guest arrangements. Engages in exam proctoring as needed.
  • Facilitates audiovisual support for classroom activities as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining course-related information on the website, generating seating arrangements, and updating class rosters.
  • Oversees intricate scheduling, coordinating appointments with students and other stakeholders, arranging facilities and catering as necessary, and preparing meeting documents.
