Account Executive Leader, PacNW

AON is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive Leader to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading talent development and driving growth across the AE Local Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives in aligning with the Aon Leadership Model.
- Educate Account Executives and Account Specialists on client management, risk management, and Aon resources.
- Drive the implementation of the Client Promise cycle and ensure adherence to Client Promise Methodology.
- Teaming with Sales & Marketing, drive Account Executive efforts on new and penetration sales.
- Work closely with the Resident Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer to lead critical best practice client management efforts.
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of appropriate insurance experience, coupled with managerial ability.
- Strong project and account team management experience, and strong negotiation skills.
- In-depth working knowledge of the insurance business and the assigned clients' needs.
- Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
