Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A solid background in social medicine.
  • Proficiency in initiating cold calls, engaging with warm leads, and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Previous experience in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement all sales initiatives within the designated territory.
  • Organize and conduct presentations to promote our Respiratory Program.
  • Engage in sales outreach to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Formulate sales action plans and timelines.
  • Create and maintain sales and marketing materials.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while managing a comprehensive customer database.
  • Plan and execute direct marketing strategies.
  • Arrange meetings with healthcare leaders, case managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Document weekly appointments and maintain records of sales interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to educate healthcare professionals.
  • Commit to personal professional development through relevant educational opportunities.
  • Exhibit professionalism in conduct and appearance while interacting with healthcare team members.
  • Monitor industry competition and market trends.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing events to elevate brand awareness.
  • Coordinate meetings with healthcare providers and confirm scheduled engagements as necessary.
