We are in search of a dedicated and dependable Client Services Coordinator for our Home Office in the Orlando region. This role is pivotal in supporting a designated division by executing the essential functions of the department. The Client Services Coordinator is a specialized role that emphasizes internal customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction. This position will collaborate across various functions with regional and local leaders, as well as home office support teams, coordinating efforts as necessary. The primary objective of this role is to deliver strategic operational assistance, insights, direction, and support to the teams and divisions they serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address internal customer service concerns and ensure effective, long-term solutions.
  • Execute tasks related to departmental projects as directed by the leadership team.
  • Assist in retention initiatives by completing assignments and coordinating resolutions.
  • Provide first-level support for division-related issues, coordinating necessary staff involvement to resolve disputes by addressing customer needs.
  • Apply knowledge of customer service fundamentals along with communication skills and problem-solving techniques.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
  • Act as the primary contact for the region, managing all issues presented, acknowledging receipt, researching, and engaging relevant personnel across the department as needed, while providing status updates in line with service level agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative capacity.
  • Exhibit professionalism, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
